e2e is a training programme designed around your needs to create a positive and personal learning experience

e2e - Entry to Employment



Are you 16 – 18 Years old and would like to gain some work experience? 

e2e programme led apprenticeships is a free programme for 16 – 18 year olds who are not in employment or education. The programme is designed to help you improve your literary and numeracy skills and develop vocational skills directly relevant to your chosen career path. 

e2e will develop your skills and build confidence to enable you to access further education and employment.

We can offer you

• Literacy, Numeracy and IT
• A qualification in First Aid
• Employability skills
• Youth Work
• Child Care
• ICT

Benefits of e2e

• free training (from 6 to 22 weeks based on individual needs
• training allowance of up to £30 a week) (EMA)
• supported by Care to Learn who help parents with childcare costs
• sample a range of work & learning expereinces 
• access further education or training
• prepare for the world of work
