If you have staff currently engaged in an advice and guidance role, they can access HEAVILY SUBSIDISED training under the LSC-funded Train To Gain program, starting September 2007.

The training can be delivered for £150+VAT for all women and for men who have no previous Level 2 qualification or equivalent (i.e. more than 5 GCSEs at grade A-C).

Keeping It Simple Training is currently recruiting for participants for the program which will be delivered as a combination of classroom-based and work-based learning, depending on participant needs and experience.

Duration:

8 -18 months (depending on the participant)

Prerequisites:

To be currently in a role delivering information, advice and guidance

Cost:

£150+VAT to women (under the Train To Gain Women Only Pilot) and men who have no previous NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualifications (otherwise the cost will be £1,200 + VAT per person)
