SUCCESS STORY: SAMUEL GRAY AT KIS WALTHAMSTOW CENTRE

Samuel Gray, an adult learner from Africa, has successfully completed all training courses that KIS Training has on offer under its Waltham Forest Worknet provision. Having passed all four courses; Employability, Health and Safety, Emergency First Aid and Door Supervision (SIA), the overall experience at KIS has been "encouranging and interesting", said Samuel.

"I really enjoyed it - it has opened new doors for me!", he added enthusiastically.

Although Samuel holds Accountancy and Bookkeeping qualifications and experience local to his country, following a medical condition he had been facing difficulties getting back into work. A true knowledge-seeker, Samuel wants to keep his options open and have a set of backup plans as he reaches an age of retirement. During his job search, Samuel received a call from KIS Training and was invited in for a screening after which he received a follow up letter  confirming his enrolment on the course.

"I have no qualms or regrets, this has been time well spent", said Samuel, "the teachers were very good, exercised patience and explained everything in a lot of detail".

Currently awaiting his SIA badge, Samuel was most satisfied with KIS Training's Door Supervision training course stating that the career was more flexible than the others he had consideredand that SIA is a good way to keep up to date with current events and meet new people. Highly satisfied with the service and training standards at KIS, Samuel praised his overall experience at KIS by saying,

"With what I've seen, I would not hesitate to recommend KIS Training to everyone else. Through this experience, I met new people and gained great exposure and with what I have gained from KIS, I will sell your services to others outside".

The interview was concluded with a message from Samuel to other potential learners; "Learning makes one a child - admitting what one doesn't already know. There is no limit to learning - it contributes to the essence of humanity and for anyone trying to widen their horizons, the sky is the limit!".

Congratulations Samuel and well done KIS!
