Enterprise Development Managers
Full-time & Part-time/Permanent & Short-term Contracts
 
We are looking to recruit highly motivated, results-driven business advisers to join our Enterprise Team to deliver advice, training and support to a wide range of business clients. Applicants should have a background in SME/micro business support to start-ups, established businesses and Social Enterprises, excellent communication, administration and networking skills, and the ability to deliver to targets in a professional, compliant and accurate manner.
Applicants should be SFEDI-accredited (or equivalent).

Salary: £27k - £32k p.a.

Database Support Analyst
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, resourceful IT database specialist with demonstrable skills in data management and reporting to support our business and training teams. This will be an exciting opportunity for an IT graduate interested in applying your skills and knowledge of database administration and reporting systems to help understand and meet the data management needs of our organisation.

The successful applicant will need to have demonstrable skills and experience in the use and development of IT reporting systems, the manipulation and analysis of electronic data, and a knowledge/understanding of the function, management and development of client relationship databases.

Salary: £18 - £20k p.a.

Vocational Tutors - Part-time, Short-term Contracts

We are looking to recruit highly motivated, results-driven vocational tutors in Hospitality, Retail and Child Care to join our Training Team to deliver advice, training and support to clients on our Waltham Forest Skills Programme. Applicants should have good communication skills, motivational skills, be occupationally competent and have a proven track record in delivering training to a high standard.

Applicants should have A1, D32, 33 and an adult teaching qualification (or working towards).

Salary: £20k - £22k pro rata

Performing Arts Tutor
We are seeking a pro-active, creative and energetic individual to teach young people on our BTEC 2 Performing Arts programme. As a Performing Arts Tutor you will play a key role in delivering an exciting workshop-based programme. You will support students through tutoring & additional support.

The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator with a degree within the Performing Arts and a proven track record in delivery in BTEC First Diploma .

Salary: £ 22,000 - £24,000

Performing Arts /Dance Tutor 
We are seeking pro-active, creative and energetic individuals to teach young people on our BTEC 2 Performing Arts programme. As a Performing Arts Tutor you will play a key role in delivering exciting session based workshops and will support & motivate the students whilst on the programme.

Successful applicants will be excellent communicators with a degree within the Performing Arts and a proven track record in delivery in BTEC First Diploma, have a flexible approach to learning and enjoy working with young people.

Personal Best Tutor
We are looking to recruit an experienced tutor to deliver our Personal Best training based at Tottenham Hale. Applicants will have a proven track record in planning and delivering teaching to learners aged 16yrs+, are teacher trained or are working towards their teaching qualification and have experience of delivering and understanding OCN portfolio evidence building.  An understanding of the support required to progress people into employment is desirable.

ESOL Tutors - Part-time & Evening Classes
We are looking to recruit experienced tutors qualified to deliver ESOL training across various programmes. Applicants will have a proven track record in planning and delivering training to learners aged 16yrs+ , and should be City and Guilds 7407 stage 1, 2, 3 qualified or equivalent, with a subject specialism.  An understanding of the support required to progress people into employment is desirable.

Assessor/Trainers in Hospitality
We are seeking to appoint highly motivated, experienced Assessor/Trainers in Hospitality to train, assess and complete NVQs Level 2 & 3 and Apprenticeship Frameworks in Hospitality for both our Work Based Learning  and Train To Gain programmes.
Applicants should have A1/A2 or D32/D33 qualification, experience in the hospitality sector and a proven track record in delivery.

Salary range: £19k - £23k pro rata
