This half-day course provides theoretical and practical training to enable delegates to undertake an efficent and orderly evacuation of a building in an emergency situation.

Date: Friday 25th July 2008

Time: 9.00am -1.00pm

Venue: Keeping It Simple Training, Tottenham, N17 9LP

Cost: £40 + VAT per delegate

  • Role of Fire Evacuation wardens
  • Video “Front Line Fire Saftey”
  • Portable fire fightiong equipment 
  • Video "Tackling Fire Safely"
  • Practical aspects/walking through of premises

3.      Theory of Fire

  • Types of fire extinguishers
  • Why differemt types of extinguishers are necessary
  • Methods of operation – capacities & limitations

4.      Fire Procedures

  • Overview of fire procedures
  • What to do in the event of fire

5.      Practical Use of Fire Extinguishers

  • This session provides each delegate with the opportunity to handle various types of extinguishers on live controlled fires.

Chubb Fire & Security will deliver this half-day course. All delegates who successfully complete the training will be awarded a Chubb Fire & Security FIRE WARDEN Certificate.
