Beat the credit crunch with up to £1000 grant funding to help your organisation to thrive and grow - despite the recession

Under the Train to Gain Leadership & Management programme, Keeping It Simple Training, in association with Accelerated Excellence Consulting and A Graham & Associates, is offering a series of workshops to help your management team develop the skills and capacity to secure your organisation’s growth, even the face of the recession. The grant funding available is open to organisations from all sectors and is funded by the Learning and Skills Council.

Find out how to make it work harder for you, increase your return on investment and how to drive more traffic to your site by employing a number of options such as keywords, labelling pictures and search engine optimisation. Learn about the benefits of online sales, generating leads and understand how to use the hits per day/page data generated.

Discover the ins and outs of submitting winning tenders, pitching for work, the supply chain and more. Government contract opportunities amounts to millions of £s per year, learn how to tender with the confidence of knowing you submitted an excellent proposal. Hear how to ask for feedback and how to use feedback to improve your next tender submission.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) for Business & Leaders

Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) is one of the fastest growing tools available to leaders and managers who want to improve results, both personally & professionally.  This one day workshop aims to develop your leadership skills and introduce you to new skills and techniques to help you manage change and develop your team, appreciate the importance of unconscious communication, learn advanced communication skills to build rapport, and create ‘buy-in’ from your staff,  and achieve personal excellence.

Quality Management Systems & Performance Management

Date: Monday 22nd June   Time: 

Learn the benefits of having a quality managements systems and how to introduce one that is fit for purpose. Understand how a quality management system will help you create competitive advantage through improved performance, create value with sustainable business practices and help you minimize disruption through effective risk management. Understand the principles of performance management, how it is used to design and capture meaningful indicators and how to interpret the resultant data. Understand how to set up and implement an effective system, which is fit for purpose.

Grant Subsidies Available

Grants available for up to £1000 for employers with between 5 and 250 employees (including volunteers and trustees) under the LSC-funded Train to Gain Leadership & Management programme

Costs

Half day workshop: £275 +VAT      One day workshop: £450 + VAT

NB To qualify for a Leadership & Management grant, organisations must book a minimum of 2 places on any workshop or workshop combination. 

Eligibility

·         Any SME business or Voluntary Sector Organisation, based in London (which has not accessed this grant previously)

·         SME’s with a Staff size of between 5 and 249 employees (including volunteers & trustees)

Who should attend

·         Business owners, Chief Executives, Managing Directors and senior directors responsible for the strategic direction of an organisation

·         Other key management staff members
