5-Day Full Practitioner Course

PRINCE2®, which stands for Projects in Controlled Environments, is a project management method covering the organisation, management and control of projects. Since its introduction, PRINCE2® has become widely used in both the public and private sectors and is now the UK's de facto standard for project management. The latest version of the method, PRINCE2®, is designed to incorporate the requirements of existing users and to enhance the method towards a generic, best practice approach for the management of all types of projects.

Who should attend?

Anyone involved in managing or running projects who wishes to improve their overall project management skills.

How is the course delivered?

The 2 levels; Foundation and Practitioner, are being covered in the Full Practitioner course at KIS.

Participants take the Foundation Exam on the afternoon of Day 3 and the Practitioner Exam on the afternoon of Day 5. NB: This course is APM accredited
