If you have staff currently engaged in an advice and guidance role, they can access HEAVILY SUBSIDISED training under the LSC-funded Train To Gain program, starting September 2007.
The training can be delivered for £150+VAT for all women and for men who have no previous Level 2 qualification or equivalent (i.e. more than 5 GCSEs at grade A-C).
Keeping It Simple Training is currently recruiting for participants for the program which will be delivered as a combination of classroom-based and work-based learning, depending on participant needs and experience.

- Less than 5000 employees
- Prepared to allow the employee given paid time to train during working hours?
- Prepared to grant the NVQ Assessor access to the employee trainees for 3 hour slots (either individual or as a member of a group)

- Be in possession of a Contract of Employment or Letter of Appointment
- EU resident for more than 3 years
